There are missing icons in KOffice applications, as can be seen in the attached images. Affected are apparently the defaultTools plugin (first screenshot) as well as 2 Karbon tools plugins (second screenshot). There might however be more, yet to be noticed, ones.

All examples listed here are fixed w/ KOffice 2.1.
