What I was doing when the application crashed:
When I want to upload files to FTP using Konqueror (two Folderview-Parts ftp: and file:) the files are copied to the wrong place, for example:
source: file:///myfile.php
correct destination: ftp://host/dir/myfile.php
wrong destination: ftp://host/dir/file:///myfile.php
Most times it works, but sometimes when there alreasy exists a file with the given name, the wrong filename is chosen.
Sometime I get a dialog "can't copy to 'wrong filename' ", but it has copied the file correctly to the wrong destination. This crash occured after moving this dialog. When the error has occured once, recopying of the same file will also fail. I have to leave and reenter the directory to let the task work.
