I can't reproduce this crash with current trunk. To fix this bug i need to have a look at your .khotkeysrc configuration file. You will find it at $HOME/.kde(4?)/share/config/khotkeysrc. Please attach it to this bug report or send it by mail to kde (at) michael-jansen.biz. I'm sorry I can't test KDE 4.3beta ATM as i'm using Debian SID now with KDE 4.2.4. And I wiped my old .kde dir, so I'll do this when I get hold of a KDE 4.3 again. Try to reproduce this way (I too only have 4.2.4) Open "Input Actions" Expand "Examples" Double click "Konqi Gestures" to trigger inline rename (Which IMO behaves a bit user-unfriendly, but that's another story) Click outside to cancel rename. Press "Reset" Expand "Examples" again. Usually crashes at that point for me, but sometimes I have to repeat the procedure. Some times Configure Desktop just disappears and some times I get a crash window, which says stack trace was useless. I think I have Qt 4.4.3 btw I can't reproduce it any more with KDE 4.3 rc3, so IMO you can close it. Thanks for you feedback, Christian. Marking as resolved. |

Now click "Overview" or press ESC to go out of "Input actions". Systemsettings asks you to save or discard the change, press discharge - systemsettings crashes. I think this can be triggered in other ways too - I didn't try some others as this one is reproducible always in KDE 4.3 beta1 kubuntu karmic packages. -- Backtrace: Application: System Settings
