Description Anne Wilson 2009-06-04 09:59:33 UTC
Version: 1.11.3 (using KDE 4.2.3)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Fedora RPMs

I have with KMail concerns folder properties on a local
imap server. I set certain folders to hold replies to messages, so that I see complete threads. Then I work on a different box, and the property is not set. Or maybe I get a moderator's message because my default address was used for sending, instead of the one applicable to the ML.

It seems to me that a user is likely to want the same settings, whichever box he works on, so it would be logical to hold folder settings on the imap server's user space, rather than on the client box.

Could this be achieved by the IMAP METADATA extension? Or some other means? It would be *very* useful.

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
Thank you for your understanding.

Instead of creating a new feature request, please confirm here if the wishlist is still valid for kmail2.
