Version:           0.60.3 (using 4.1.3 (KDE 4.1.3) "release 4.10.4", openSUSE 11.1)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.27.21-0.1-pae

I added a MSN identity and i saved the password and then i logged successfully but after that i changed my MSN password and i changed the password in the kopete settings but it seems that kopete is not saving the new password i entered. I even deleted the MSN identity and created a new one with the new password but still kopete keeps telling that the password is incorrect and prompt me for the password which i put and then i log successfully.

Could you check that this is fixed in KDE 4.2? There were several changes to how the password saving mechanism works in KDE 4.2

I updated kopete to version 4.2.4 and still facing the same issue.
