Konversation 1.2-alpha1
Konversation has a great feature - it can change codepage per-channel. It worked well in 1.1 - but now, if you right-click on channel name, select 'Codepage' and change codepage there, it wouldn`t change.

That should be fixed as of SVN revision r975769.
