That one is an Enchant bug and not related to the "No language dictionaries" issue (fixing that bug in Enchant didn't fix the "No language dictionaries" issue), see the Fedora bug report.
Can we have some way by which it will not be needed to set default spell checker for current locale? It should be automatic process. If I log into Hindi language then I should get Hindi set as default language in KDE system settings. Dear Bug Submitter, This bug has been stagnant for a long time. Could you help us out and re-test if the bug is valid in the latest version? I am setting the status to NEEDSINFO pending your response, please change the Status back to REPORTED when you respond. Thank you for helping us make KDE software even better for everyone! Dear Bug Submitter, This is a reminder that this bug has been stagnant for a long time. Thank you! With the latest version (KDE on Debian), it was working fine. With user language set to Hindi, spellcheck (using hunspell hindi) defaulted to Hindi. I will check on Kubuntu also.
