The capital of India seems to be incorrect.

I should expect that it would be "New Delhi".

I am not sure. The transcription has been updated for some cities (Calcutta/Kolkata, Bombay/Mumbai for instance). By the way, New Dehli is not listed as Dilli but Ni Dilli.

This is fixed for a long time now.
