Description simon 2009-05-28 17:00:13 UTC
Version:           Unbekannt (using 4.2.87 (KDE 4.2.87 (KDE 4.3 >= 20090519)), Gentoo)
Compiler:          x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.30-rc6-git3

hi,

i have a centered control bar and since about a month the min/max width controllers act different which is not better:

it's no longer possible to set the min marker to a width smaller than the needed one and the control bar would autoexpand within the range between min/max to show the whole content/icons

now one hast to manually try what size is needed, meeep.

this is still valid in latest trunk (KDE 4.4.59 (KDE 4.5 >= 20100107))

Same problem, I have this too: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=227142 - might be related.

Can you reproduce using KDE 4.4.4 or 4.5beta?
