Version:           1.2.80 (using 4.2.87 (KDE 4.2.87 (KDE 4.3 >= 20090519)), Gentoo)
Compiler:          x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.30-rc3-dirty

Test case: drag a file and try to scroll f.e. with the mouse wheel. Don't work.

Is this a app. plasma or a Qt issue? I haven't found a single Qt app, where you can scroll while dragging an item. 

If this a general issue, it probably should be solved at Qt level so that all apps profit.
