More info now I have continued working on it - I had created that .desktop entry using the Right Click » Create New » Link to a URL route (in the Konqueror GUI). I took a look at the .desktop file in Kate and noticed that no Name= line had been created. I added that manually, saved it and of course the label appeared in the sidebar. IE: Maybe the "no label appearing" symptom is less relevant than I had thought. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 185551 *** |
