Thanks for the bug report! Sounds like a duplicate of bug 165044: KDE can't handle filenames with a non-Unicode encoding. Hi there. The folder you are trying to erase does not have an utf8-encoded name. You can try renaming it and then deleting it or using a tool like convmv (http://j3e.de/linux/convmv) to fix the folder name.
