What I was doing when the application crashed:
Simple CCSM  is crushed immediately after launching Desktop Effects.
everithing started after the upgrade of compiz package from 0.7x to 0.8x

This looks like a Compiz-related application, which is not developed by KDE.
Please report the problem to the Compiz developers.
