Description Steven 2009-05-22 17:23:33 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

From the help menu in KOrganizer (also from Kaddress book and Kontact) when I click on "Korganizer Handbook" It tells me that

The file or folder help:/korganizer/index.html does not exist

Works in trunk revision 971287
Clicking on Help -> Korganizer Handbook brings the handbook in KHelpCenter.

Seeing that the handbook exists since 2000, I can only imagine a problem from your distribution. Probably it is not installed. Can you check if you really have that doc installed in
$KDEDIRS/share/doc/HTML/en/korganizer
and list the content of that dir as a comment, thanks.

You have to install the package kdepim-doc with the user documentation for all
kdepim applications.

The packages description for kdepim-doc is wrong:
"KDE Personal Information Management library documentation
KDE core library documentation. You need this documentation to develop KDE PIM
applications."
So the documentation package is hard to find.
Please report this packaging bug downstream.

How do I do this? From the add/remove applications? From the website?

sudo apt-get install kdepim-doc
