I am getting icons that are orange instead of blue and some distortions in konqueror from time to time. The icons appear always in wrong colors. There is a Qt bugreport for this issue
(http://www.qtsoftware.com/developer/task-tracker/index_html?method=entry&id=196152), however the corresponding patch (http://qt.gitorious.org/qt/qt/commit/e018b82432055d9a5f13be7c17e31502830b9fa7), applied to 4.5.1 does not help, qt-copy neither. I hope to get some help here as this is already a problem for quite some time.
The issue happens on a PPC machine iBook G4, with the radeon driver.

Reporting Qt bugs here won't make them fixed faster.
