Changes are applied only to window systemsettings.
Value "General/widgetStyle" is saved in ~/.kde4/share/config/systemsettingsrc instead of ~/.kde4/share/config/kdeglobals.

Reassigning. This module will be totally unfunctional if this bug remains.
