Compiler:          4.2.4 vanilla

Installed from:    Compiled From Sources

Distro: Fedora 10 with all updates installed.

Qt 4.5.1 (-prefix /usr/lib/qt -confirm-license -no-exceptions -plugin-sql-sqlite -plugin-sql-mysql -system-sqlite -no-phonon -openssl-linked -ptmalloc -optimized-qmake -no-nis -no-cups -dbus-linked -reduce-relocations)

KDE: cmake -Wno-dev -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX:PATH=/opt/kde4 -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release

With some desktop themes (and with default Oxygen) I get empty start menu, all notification windows and Removable Storage Applet.

Is your Qt4.5.1 patched properly? There is a bug which causes this
It could be also related to the graphics card/drivers.

Yes, my bug is strikingly similar to bug 190398 but where I can find the patch which solves that bug?
