Version: 1.11.3 (using 4.2.3 (KDE 4.2.3), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.28-11-generic

Since I've update my kde to 4.2.3 under ubuntu jaunty, I cannot connect to pop and smtp from gmail. imap is working...

I get the following message :
« [AUTH] Username and password not accepted. »

even by disabling stored password, and tipping in manually, it doesn't work ??
I 4.2.2 it was working without problem...

Are your secure connections options OK ? Can you try with the "autodetect server capabilities button" ? Thanks

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this version of Kmail has been unmaintained for many years so I am closing this bug. Please try using the latest version of Kmail to see if your issue persists. If it does, please submit a new bug in "kmail2". Thank you!
