When I've added nm-applet to the list of "hidden" icons in the systray, all nm-applet notifications appear in the top left corner instead of in the bottom right where the systray is.

Correct behaviour would probably be to show the notification on the "hide" arrow, to indicate that the notification is coming from a hidden systray icon.

Can you reproduce using KDE 4.4.4 or 4.5beta?

Works perfectly for me in KDE 4.4.5
