Version: (using KDE 4.2.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

It would be a nice feature to export selected pictures to a zip-file or a folder with the option to resize the pictures (similar to the option: email images).

resize multiple images to separate folder can be done with batch queue function. try selecting some images and press Ctrl-B.

Not sure which version you have, but current SVN supports it.

ZIP export could be done as batch tool as well, but does not exist yet.

Yes, it does work with batch-resize. The key-binding not, maybe because i'm running the machine in german. But if I chose an export folder, which is not in my album (e.g. ~/Desktop/export) then it says "Error adding image to application; error message was: Target album is not in the album library" for each picture I've selected. However, the resize works.

This message comme from Batch Process Image kipi-plugins, not digiKam Batch Queue Manager. It's completly different.
