Wish a "re-read"-button to kompare to read again the diffs.
(like browser read again)
1. use 'kompare /etc /System17/etc&'
2. heavy working with the editor ...
3. Use now "the new Button" to see the
   new diffs
Take the design from Konqueror, 5. button from left ;-)

This got implemented in 4.2.0. KDE 3.5.x is no longer maintained.
