Description Paul Bransford 2009-05-10 06:35:01 UTC
Version: 0.99.01 (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.28-11-generic

There doesn't seem to be a way to get knode to verify a gpg signed message. Even my own 'ultimately' trusted key comes across as unverified. Other signatures either say the same sort of thing, or just say the key is unknown. There doesn't seem to be a way to search/import these keys.

An example "fancy header" for one of my own signed messages:

"Message was signed by Paul Bransford (03252009) <draeath@gmail.com> (Key ID: 0x57D22299).
The signature is valid, but the key's validity is unknown."

I have gnupg 1.4.9.

I have the exact same problem on Mandriva 2010.2 (knode 4.4.9, kde 4.4.5, gnupg 1.4.10) and Mageia 2 (knode 4.8.5, kde 4.8.5, gnupg 1.4.12).

This problem should be resolved.

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been unmaintained for many years so I am closing this bug.
