Compiler:          gcc

When one clicks the Defaults button, nothing happens, no Defaults are reset.
Olivier can you fix that for 4.3 please?
Either all check boxes should be default or the Defaults button should be disabled.

According to the code, the "Default" button is  actually for the "Player Settings" tab.  It resets to using KDE sound system.

In fact, with the rewritten version of the Notifications KCM in Plasma 5.16 and later, the Default button is just permanently grayed out.

This was fixed for Plasma 5.22.
