Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages

Please allow me to turn off Rich Text globally unless I turn it on for specific contacts.  I really displike it and when some chat programs send me info it doesn't appear well on my KDE4 colour scheme, and my pasted text doesn't play well with my line breaks etc.  Pasted lines end up running together which is no good.

I'd rather just turn Rich Text off globally, thanks!

Allow user to change if rich text should be on or off by default and set it to off by default.
