Description mez.pahlan 2009-05-04 11:31:52 UTC
Version: 2.0.90 (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.28-11-generic

In Amarok2 my collection has an entry called unknown which when I try to play doesn't play and when I try and to view its details says that it is a file that doesn't exist.

I also can't delete it from my collection.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Amarok2
2) View the top of the collection
3) Try and delete/ play/ edit the file that appears as unknown

Expected result:
1) unknown file should not be there.
2) Should be able to delete it.

Actual result:
1) File can not be played.
2) File can not be deleted

Have you tried rescanning your collection?

Go to Settings->Configure Amarok then the Collection tab and click Rescan Collection

I have it too, be this Amarok 2.1.1 or 2.2-SVN

I've tried rescanning updating my collection. No luck.

I've just downloaded the new build of Amarok 2.1 and it is still there.
