After updating Qt to version 4.5.1 there is some wrong transparency in Systemsettings/Appearence/Windows window after window was minimazed and restored.
It happens with Ozone/Oxygen window decoration.
Qt built with patch that fixes the svg rendering regression.

Yes, I think this matches bug #190000 well (and only happens with oxygen/ozone).
