Description Unknown 2009-05-01 12:21:31 UTC
Version: KMail 1.11.2 (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.28-11-generic

I would like to have a way to show both sender and receiver of a mail in the message list. With the default view, I can select for each folder if I want sender or receiver to be shown, but in my archive directories (where I put every mail in) I need to see both of them. What I currently do is I use a manually defined view which has "Sender | Receiver" in the lower row (the one where per default, only the "Sender/Receiver" is shown) because the "|" separator and a space is the only character I can insert. One improvement I could think of would be to be able to insert any text you want, in which case I would try something like "Sender => Receiver". Perhaps someone else can think of an even better idea.

You can configure the theme of the message list to do exactly that, include sender and receiver.
