Description Danna 2009-04-30 23:48:06 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.2)
Compiler: ?Kubuntu 9.04
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

Started up laptop (IBM Thinkpad Z61t), logged on, wandered off, when I came back there was a Fatal Error Message: The application KDE4 Bluetooth Framework (KBluetooth4) crashed and caused the signal 11 (SIGSEGV).

I checked show details, and got this from the KDE4 Crash Handler: Unable to create a valid backtrace. This backtrace appears to be of no use.
This is probably because your packages are built in a way which prevents creation of proper backtraces, or the stack frame was seriously corrupted in the crash.

Kubuntu 9.04 fresh install yesterday. Have not used or attempted to use Bluetooth yet, although I will try to pair up a keyboard later. I had not started the application, and it still crashed.

If you can (try to) reproduce the crash at will, may you read http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports and post a complete backtrace here? You may need to install some packages.
Thanks :)
