Version:           last (using KDE 4.2.2)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

Then i used drag & drop from dolphin to amarok, is was crashed.
Actions:
1.Drag file (from NTFS disk, but i think i doesn't matter)
2.Used alt+tab (Compiz enabled)
3. Tried to drop file into window(while holding alt+tab .)
Result: Plasma and Dolphin crashed.

Can you reproduce this if you are not using Compiz (using KWin with no compositing) ?

I'm not using compiz.

With no kompositing i cant do it again. 
May be it will come later...

Sorry, sorry, sorry. My bad/confusion. You were experiencing the same bug. (the dupe)

So it seems this is related to compositing.
(like bug 192270)
