Binary package hint: konqueror

When selecting text from an html page( in konqueror or akregator, probably other apps ), the cursor keeps changing from 'I' to arrow on each character....makes the text selection quite annoying :) This is most probably from the html renderer kpart, which I don't know the package name.

Using kubuntu 8.10 with kde 4.1.3

I'm not able to reproduce using Qt 4.5.0 and current trunk r961909.

I am able to reproduce this with qt-copy r957313 and kdelibs r957590. I'll try to retest as soon as I have time to rebuild with a newer revision.
