I'm using a recent kde 4.3 snapshot from trunk with qt 4.5.1

At the bottom I've placed a panel with following widgets: (listed in order from left to right):
- task manager
- cpu system monitor
- pager
- digital clock

Panel is maximized and set to be always visible. Also I've modified its height - shrinked to around 23px.

If I start to enable and disable desktop effects (alt+shift+f12), panel will not preserve my defined height - it will grow
till it reaches a certain size.
