Version:           0.70.2 (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2), Debian packages)

when a notification on an incoming message pops up, it does not have any buttons at all.
clicking twice the head of that popup minimizes it and clicking twice maximes again -- and suddenly the buttons are there.
after that it seems like roughly every second popup has the buttons, the others still don't.

What is your Qt4 version? There was a similar bug when using Qt4.5.1, (fixed recently).

dpkg says
Version: 4.5.1-1

which would explain, why i had that recollection that it used to work before a fairly recent upgrade (which went beside others from qt4.5.0 to 4.5.1).
i take it, this bug could be made a duplicate -- to what report?
