Mouseover taskbar entry to display tooltip then mouseover upper panel shortcut to display tooltip results in blanking of a portion of the lower panel at the location of the previous tooltip. The same happens for mouseover of upper panel shortcut then taskbar entry. OS: Sabayon Linux
