Binary package hint: kopete

In kubuntu gutsy, kopete seems to slow to a crawl when drawing the chat window. This happens when a new conversation starts, as well as switching tabs within the chat window. I'm noticing sometimes up to 10 seconds just to redraw the window.
I've tried using different themes, thinking imported adium themes might be the culprit, but even the standard, packaged themes have the same problem.
Not sure where to start troubleshooting.

The bug is fixed in Jaunty https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdenetwork/+bug/139794 so I'm closing this.
