still valid in kde 4.4 rc 1 NVidia binary drivers still do not support XRandR, right? Could you try with nouveau drivers? > NVidia binary drivers still do not support XRandR, right? yeah, thats, true. > Could you try with nouveau drivers? sorry, too lazy ;) AFAIK gnome's display settings detects that nvidia's binary driving is running and says sth like "bla bla can't chage resolution because bla bla" and then you have a button where you can launch nvidia-settings. Perhaps this would be a nice option for kde, too? |
