I can confirm this bug. Upgrading to 4.2.2 (ubuntu packages) does broke all my ical remote calendars using https + 401 basic authentication. The error only tells "${server} does not exist". Using wget, browser or some "other" methods and not kontact/korganizer/akonadi to manage the calendar does work. I also confirm this bug, I hope for a fast solution of this problem. We have egroupware 1.6.001 ical sync works with every other aplication, xmlrpc also works with other apps but not with korganizer. I can confirm this bug, and it really needs to be squashed. It makes the crash handler pop up like crazy. I updated to KDE 4.3 in the hope, KDE 4.3 has fixed the bug, but it is still the same. Same Problem here: Kubuntu, KDE 4.2.2. I cannot sync anymore with memotoo.com :(. This bug has only been reported for versions before 4.14, which have been unsupported for at least two years now. Can anyone tell if this bug still present? If noone confirms this bug for a Framework-based version of korganizer (version 5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.08 or later), it gets closed in about three months. Just as announced in my last comment, I close this bug. If you encounter it again in a recent version (at least 5.0 aka 15.08), please open a new one unless it already exists. Thank you for all your input. |
