Version:           1.11.2 (using KDE 4.2.2)
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

Steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure no sending accounts configured.
2. Configure few receiving imap accounts.
3. Check for mails in any account or refresh any folder.

Expected result: 
Message list should be refreshed.

Actual result:
A warning is shown "please create account for sending and try again".

I know it sounds obvious, but can you confirm that not messages are sitting in the outbox?

I'm not able to reproduce this bug on recent trunk version.
