This is true as of 4.2.2. If the file is *reloaded* (F5), then the warning dialog appears but opening a file from the shell does not cause the warning dialog to appear. *** Bug 197618 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** As I stated at bug 197618, this is still happening on current trunk (4.4). Bug 197618 also contains a simple testcase file with encoding problems. In current versions there is an inline message box about that. |
