tooltip does not appear in the right place.

in the English website, it appear far away below. Example, see http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=129

and try to hover in the links.

In the Arabic website, it appear far away in the left. Example, see
http://www.omania2.net/avb/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=&f=2

It should be underneath the link directly.

Cannot reproduce (trunk/4.2.2), propably fixed by pino:
