Description Vinicius Tinoco 2009-04-05 03:59:52 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

Recently I installed some plasmoids (Screen saw button to install Widget - to insert Widgets) KDE 4.2.1. I brought up to date the KDE for version 4.2.2 and some Widgets had stopped to function.
Problem: How uninstall them?
I used the command plasmapkg --removes xxxxx, returning error.
I was obliged to search libs and services (/usr/lib/kde4/ and /usr/share/kde4/services) to be able erase them of the insertion list

While widget is in the list of the Widgets to insert (with the list of widgets available for download/install), the same it possesss the button of unistall, when it is not in the list, it does not have as to make (at least in visible way)
My recommendation would be to create a application for the removal of the same ones.

My intention is always promote the KDE the optimum one

Thanks for all
