Description Neal Becker 2009-04-03 16:44:23 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.1)
Installed from: Fedora RPMs

All the links from arstechnica seem to be broken in knode. Example:

http://feeds.arstechnica.com/~r/arstechnica/index/~3/jz-7_rsJvc4/the-beast-unveiled-inside-a-google-server.ars

The window opens and seems to start to display, but then just goes black and says "dart frame".

Open with external browser works fine.

Is it a KNode issue or an Akregator one ?
Comment 2 Neal Becker 2009-04-05 13:02:05 UTC
I'm sorry. That should be akregator.
Comment 3 Olivier Trichet 2009-04-05 15:30:11 UTC
You're welcome. I reassign to akregator then.
Comment 4 Denis Kurz 2016-09-24 19:45:36 UTC
This bug has only been reported for versions before 4.14, which have been unsupported for at least two years now. Can anyone tell if this bug still present?

If noone confirms this bug for a Framework-based version of akregator (version 5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.08 or later), it gets closed in about three months.
Comment 5 Denis Kurz 2017-01-07 21:50:42 UTC
Just as announced in my last comment, I close this bug. If you encounter it again in a recent version (at least 5.0 aka 15.08), please open a new one unless it already exists. Thank you for all your input.
