I find myself proceeding to download something (from Konqueror) then deciding I'd rather create a new group to put it under it as I'm met with the New Download KGet dialog. Rather then going back to KGet, creating the Group, then redownloading, I think it could be useful to be able to create new Transfer Groups from the New Download dialog.
