Add the "Now Playing" plasmoid to the desktop.
Open a movie with dragon player
plasma crashes. If you remove the plasmoid it all works fine.

This is 100% reproducible for me.

The fix will be in KDE4.2.2 and KDE4.3.x. Thanks for reporting
