Description Elmar Stellnberger (AT/K) 2009-03-24 17:33:17 UTC
Version: Unbekannt (using 3.5.10 "release 21.11" , openSUSE )
Compiler: Target: x86_64-suse-linux
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.27.19-3.2-default

KStart does not report any error if the executable can not be found in the current path. This makes it particularely hard to debug scripts using kstart (f.e. path for sh and bash may be different)

Hmm, I don“t see any kstart executable any more when I search with apt-file under Debian 11/Bullseye. Maybe that piece of software does not exist any more.
