Yeah, basically what the title says... settings dialogs are expected to do this, and renable it when an option is changed. Basically just connect a changed slot to every widget, when it changes it will enable apply button.

Yeah i know, this needs to be fixed. There just never was a bugreport for it :).

Thanks for reporting, i'll see if i can fix this for 4.2.3 and up.
