Version:           svn - 20/03/2009 (using KDE 4.2.1)
Compiler:          gcc (Debian 4.3.3-5) 4.3.3 
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Compiled From Sources

It's a reproductible bug here.
First I've took some images 5 at least.
The first image is a jpg image and the rest of them are raf (Finepix raw images)
After select the images I choose Batch -> Color Images 
and then Normalize.
Attached is the backtrace.

I did a fresh build,compile cicle today and test it. It worked without any problems.
