Description karaluh 2009-03-18 15:03:30 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.0)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

I've got some TODO items with long description (several lines and more) which i constantly update. The most recent, and so te most relevant part of the description is on the bottom, but in the view only the two top lines are shown. If I want to check te current status I have to open the task and scroll down to the end of the list. The same is with TODO notifications, I have to scroll down to see the status. In all of the three views most recent informations should be displayed.

I don't agree.

For most users the description field isn't changed much, if we implement your wish they will complain. And the last two lines can be out of context, for example a middle of a sentence.

You have several good solutions:

1) Use the Event viewer, which shows the whole description.

2) Use the tool tip, just pass your mouse over the task and you will see the description.

How about making it configurable?
