Version:           4.2.1a-0ubuntu6 (using KDE 4.2.1)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

This bug seems introduced in 4.2.1(a?) since I've never seen it before. The GTK-style setting is not remembered between sessions.

Hi Martin,

we do not develop the GTK-Qt integration module.
You should report the problem to its developers, see http://gtk-qt.ecs.soton.ac.uk/
