If you experience this all the time, may you read http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports and post a complete backtrace here?
You need to install the "kdepim-dbg" package

Hello,

this bug appeared after an upgrade of several kde packages last night. Korganizer is crashing after 3-5 minutes without any additional action.

I installed the kdepim-dbg package and got following results which are not different to the former report:

You have a lot of Qt errors in your console output, probably this crash isn't related to KOrganizer.

Are the other applications stable? Try logout/login or checking if everything is correctly installed.

I checked my akonadi installation and logs and recognized problems with my calendar files. There was an ics-file with more than 1 Mio. rows. They belong to an entry with a linked pdf-file. After deleting this entry everything is running smoothly again.
