kontact crashes after serveral minutes of duties. In the console I could find this:

Eine korrekte Rückverfolgung ist nicht möglich.
Wahrscheinlich sind die Dateien Ihres Systems in einer Weise erstellt worden, die eine solche Rückverfolgung (Backtrace) nicht erlaubt. Oder der so genannte „Stack Frame“ für das Programm wurde durch den Absturz unbrauchbar gemacht.

The PIM-Application are running normal on their own without kontact.

If you can reproduce the crash at will, may you read http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports and post a complete backtrace here?
You need to install the "kdepim-dbg" package

sorry, this statement is not correct...

korganizer is chrashing after a while running on it's own outside kontact.I I added an additional bug-report here

I checked my akonadi installation and logs and recognized problems with my calendar files. There was an ics-file with more than 1 Mio. rows. They belong to a linked pdf-file. After deleting this entry everything is running smoothly again.
